Source Yoga Studio Guidelines

Reservations and Arrival:

  • We highly recommend reserving your spot online through our website, Mindbody, or ClassPass, especially for popular classes that fill up quickly.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reserved class to secure your spot. Latecomers will not be admitted.

  • To avoid a $15 cancellation or no-show fee, kindly cancel your reservation more than 2 hours before the class starts.

First Visit Requirements: Registration & Verification:

  • All guests are required to provide ID for registration and verification, including a photo and a credit card for file purposes.

Late Arrivals:

  • For your first class, aim to arrive 15-20 minutes early. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

  • If you have a reservation, make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts to maintain your spot.

Late Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel reservations at least 2 hours before the class to avoid a fee. Unlimited guests incur a $15 fee, while Autopay members and class pack members lose their class.

Cell Phones and Devices:

  • Please turn off or leave your phone in the cubbies near the entrance. Exceptions are made for urgent calls only.

Talking:

  • Refrain from talking in the yoga room once the instructor begins.

Shoes:

  • Practice barefoot; no shoes in the studio. Cubbies are available outside the yoga room for shoe storage.

Leaving Early:

  • Avoid entering or exiting the studio during a pose. If you must leave early, inform the instructor in advance. Take a brief savasana (final resting cool-down) before leaving.

What to Bring:

  • Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing and supportive undergarments.

  • Bring your yoga mat, towels for class, a change of clothes, and water. Rentals and purchases are available in our store.

Studio Etiquette:

  • Respect the sacredness of the space. Do not adjust studio settings (lighting, music, thermostat, fans).

  • Clean up after yourself and return rented towels/mats neatly.

  • Leave the space better than you found it.

Self-Care:

  • Hydrate before and after class.

  • Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.

  • Notify the instructor of injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations for suitable modifications.

  • Enter clean and without perfume or cologne.

  • Go at your own pace, enjoy the sensations, and avoid pushing to the point of pain.

  • Practice patience as you adapt to the class flow.
